PTC Creo Illustrate combines 3D illustration capabilities with associative CAD data to deliver configuration-specific graphical information — information that reflects the current product design — for operating, servicing and maintaining products. The software interprets heterogeneous CAD formats and is fully integrated with PTC Windchill, PTC Creo and PTC Arbortext products — to deliver fast, up-to-date 3D information for the support of products throughout their lifecycle. It can also restructure CAD engineering bills-of-materials (eBOMs) to create information structures for parts and service procedures or other illustration purposes.
