Here in Australia and New Zealand, we are following official advice to minimise the spread of the virus and to protect our workforce by temporarily closing our offices, meaning that LEAP staff are all still available during this period but will be largely working from home. Our staff will continue to make the best use of the available technology to continue to interact and collaborate with you, our customers – upholding our high standard of technical support and (web-based) training and software demonstrations. A few helpful tips for those who are working remotely:
Did you know that you can “borrow” your Ansys or PTC licenses to run the software on your laptop when working remotely? If you have not tried this, please contact us to show you how to implement this feature in your license. Also, our support engineers have compiled a number of other tips for both ANSYS and PTC customers who are working remotely. If for any reason these methods do not work for your situation please call your account manager and we will do whatever it takes to ensure you are able to function.
You will also receive a call from your LEAP Account Manager if you have not done so already, but if you have anything we can assist with please do not hesitate to contact as us as soon as possible.
