Seminar: Fatigue analysis using test data and FEA (QLD)

| Fatigue life is the number of cyclic stress and strain reversals a component can withstand before failure occurs. To avoid unnecessary overdesign and prevent operational failures, it is vital to be able to understand and predict fatigue.
This seminar will demonstrate various ways of processing measured data using nCode GlyphWorks. We will discuss the stress-life (SN) and strain-life (EN) fatigue calculation methods, strain gauge rosette analysis, as well as other fatigue-related data processing techniques, combined with FEA base fatigue analysis techniques. |
